How are your products made?

All of my products are handmade/sewn by me. The prices reflect my time that goes into hand making each product. Materials are listed in the description of each item.

Do you accept returns?

Returns can be requested within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered by the tracking service. Digital items are not eligible for returns or refunds. More details can be found on the returns page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International shipping costs may vary by country. Tracking is supported in the 55 countries listed here. International shipping will generally take longer than domestic shipping.

If you are not in the United States, please check to see if you will have additional customs fees you will need to pay before placing an order.

What happens if my package does not arrive?

Between placing and shipping an order, I assume all responsibility for your package and any questions should be directed towards me. After being marked as shipped, all inquiries for your order should be done through the shipping service (usually USPS) because they will have more information than I do. If 1-2 weeks have passed and it is reasonable to expect that your package should have arrived, it may be being held at your local post office where you would need to visit it in-person to check. While I cannot personally find a lost package, I will do my best to get in touch with the shipping service to either attempt to locate the package or file an insurance claim if you email me about the issue.

If your order is missing but is marked as delivered, then the best course of action would be to reach out to your post office, as there isn’t much I can do about this.
