RETURN POLICY

To cancel an order before it ships, please contact me at shop.kris.ta.na@gmail.com with “CANCEL ORDER” as your email subject line. Send this as soon as possible after ordering so I have time to see your message before shipping. There are no returns or refunds on digital downloads.


For orders that have already shipped, returns can be filed for by email within 7 business days of receiving an order (marked as delivered on tracking information). Please contact me at shop.kris.ta.na@gmail.com with “RETURN ORDER” as your email subject and ship the item(s) back within 5 business days of receiving an email response confirming the return request. Return shipping must be sent with tracking and is paid for by the buyer. To qualify for a refund, the item(s) must be clean, unused, and damage-free. Items that show signs of use or damage are not eligible for a refund. After receiving the item(s) back, if your item(s) qualify for a refund, a refund will be issued and may take 5-10 business days to show up in your account. The refund amount will not include shipping costs. Please contact me with any questions or concerns and I will do my best to respond as soon as I can.

Custom made orders are not eligible for returns or refunds once they have shipped. All custom orders will have a 50% non-refundable deposit fee of the order price before shipping to cover cost of materials and time already put into the order. Custom orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled for a refund of 50% of the original price paid plus shipping costs.
